An official city report from the City Engineer of Toronto published in 1904 for the year 1903. This is an in-depth report on the cities' utilities and roadways, there are sections on population, sewage, roadways, street railways, a large map of the city, a plan of the Western Toronto Garbage Crematory. There is also a list of then Toronto streets with the year they were first laid and class of pavement.

The highlight of this book is a large map (34" x 19") of Toronto with street names, of course, some of the more prominent buildings, and colour-coded streets to show the type of road covering used (e.g. gravel, asphalt, brick, stone, etc).

A scarce report.
